- Lead discovery calls, architect custom proposals alongside our engineering/marketing teams, and close high-ticket retainers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with VCs, tech platforms (Shopify), and adjacent agencies to drive inbound referrals.
The Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B agency sales experience, specifically selling to e-commerce, DTC, or SaaS founders.
- A robust existing network in the North American digital commerce ecosystem.
- Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling rather than high-pressure transactional tactics.

The Scope
- Own the entire sales pipeline for the APAC region, from prospecting and initial outreach to final contract negotiation.
- Translate our unique value proposition (“Western execution, Asian roots”) to resonate with regional founders looking to expand internationally.
- Collaborate seamlessly across time zones with our delivery teams to ensure promises made during the pitch can be executed flawlessly.
The Qualifications
- A proven track record of closing $50k+ marketing or development contracts in the APAC region.
- Deep cultural and business understanding of the Australian, Southeast Asian, and wider APAC e-commerce landscapes.
- Self-directed, relentless, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy remote environment.
